Welcome to Blue Heron Bagels, a home kitchen Cottage Food Operation, taking pride in crafting gourmet sourdough bagels by hand each week. Bagels are cooked by boiling and then baking, creating the signature taste, texture, and leathery crust. Nestled in the heart of Shorewood, IL, passion for quality and flavor shines through in every bagel. In addition to serving a unique array of bagels at Farmer's Markets and other events, orders are also available online. Thank you for supporting local!

How it works
Blue Heron Bagels offers a rotating menu of new flavors each month (two sweet, two savory, and two basic) for local pick-up. Not interested in this month's flavors? Place a custom order!
What: Bagels, bagels chips, beignet mix, diparoos, Make Your Own Bagel Kits, and sourdough boules
When: Pick up is on Friday or Saturday from 8:00 - 6:30 pm, but you can place a custom order anytime
Where: Pick up is in Shorewood near the Seil Rd Bridge. Exact location is given at the end of the order form.
How: Payments can be made with Zelle, Venmo, or card
