If you need to cancel, let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Orders that aren't picked up within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time will be donated so they don’t go to waste. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds for missed pickups or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
Bagels are best if eaten within a day or two. We highly recommend toasting them. Bagels can be frozen for up to 3 months! See the Bagel Care Guide here.
Bagel chips are good up to 4 weeks after the date of production.
Bagels are not sliced to maintain freshness and prolong shelf-life. Bagels can be sliced upon request!
Safety and wellbeing of patrons is important to Blue Heron Bagels! Due to Blue Heron Bagels being a home kitchen operation, we cannot provide Gluten Free bagels without full guarantee that trace amounts of gluten are present. A separate workspace and equipment would need to be dedicated to be gluten free. We would suggest sourcing a bagel from a commercial business or cafe.

We love a dynamic duo, but due to Cottage Food Operation Guidelines, cream cheese cannot be served.
